Service and Support

MSS Electronics strongly believes that the key to a successful Integrated Access Control and  Security System is Service. The customer will interface with the service staff long after the system has been installed. MSS Electronics provides on-site service including all parts and labor after the installation has taken place using highly trained technicians.

The service technicians are dispatched during regular hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM by calling our White Plains office. After normal working hours, service technicians are dispatched via our own 24 hour central station and monitoring facility. All of service vehicles are well stocked with replacement parts to repair the problem on-site.

MSS Electronics will also respond to and assist the customer with system programming questions over the phone. This phone support is very helpful to the customer to quickly fix programming issues for the customer without requiring an on-site visit. MSS technicians are constantly being trained on new equipment and systems to provide the best possible service and support.
